President and Marketing Expert

Barbara Gabogrecan has been championing the cause of Micro and Home Based Business for the last 15 years. Barbara runs a Home Based Business herself; she is an author; an artist; a Government lobbyist; a trainer; an international speaker; and an entrepreneur.

As a former secondary teacher of Art (also teaching art at the National Gallery of Victoria for 13 years), Barbara developed her own Art business and won 7 of the Australian Gift of the Year Awards for her product. Her work was displayed in Birmingham, Dusseldorf, Osaka (x2), Jordan and Nagoya; she had fashion accessories and tourist product produced under 16 licenses and held 6 successful art exhibitions.

For the past 15 years Barbara has been assisting the Micro and Home Based Business sector by developing programs and online training (particularly in the area of internet marketing) to give these small business operators a competitive edge to increase sales.

Treasurer and Web Builder

Peter O’Connor is a qualified commercial accountant and uses his extensive knowledge in this field to assist and support the Micro and Home Based Business sector. Peter has also perfected a simple web building technique that the non skilled business owner can use to develop their own highly professional looking website.

Working together, Barbara and Peter have developed an SEO system for the ‘non techos’ to enable them to get their websites to page one on Google. Setting the example, Barbara and Peter have got three new websites to page one and are getting sales from the increased traffic.

Technical Expert and Membership Officer

Ven Grollmus is a highly qualified computer analyst/programmer and is working with Barbara and Peter to ensure that the best possible results are achieved with speed and professionalism. Ven also assists the Micro and Home Based Business owners with their technical problems – from setting up email accounts to producing code for special projects they may have.

Two other roles that Ven is engaged in are:-

1. Technical research of such things as social media, autoresponders, software applications etc.
2. Memberships
3. Technical documentation
