Felicity Tonkin is the Managing Director of Virtual Image Australia Pty Ltd, a specialist provider of Virtual Reception and Virtual Office services. Felicity has over 5 years experience in both training and providing professional customer service. Her career has included managing a department contracted to the Australian Headquarters of a leading global automotive manufacturer - where Felicity developed and implemented the Headquarters reception role, and held the position of General Manager for a Victorian serviced office provider.

Felicity has a degree from Charles Sturt University in Performance and Voice studies and also owns a boutique photographic business based in South East Melbourne, having studied photography at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
